Your safety is paramount and our Consultation and Installation procedures have been designed to minimise any risk to you and to our staff.
We will initially contact you by phone or email to discuss your requirements and provide advice on our products remotely. We are able to provide estimates over the phone or via email with your help and based on measurements you provide us.
With our staff all being certified to carry out work at your premises and with our strict safety procedures in place, we are confident we can provide you with the best quality service with minimal risk.
CONSULTATION SAFETY PROCEDURES
- Venluree staff will contact you by phone or email prior to visiting your premises.
- We will need to ask you some questions to ascertain if it is safe for you and us to visit your premises.
- Venluree Staff have all been trained and certified to work safely in our customer’s home (ask your consultant to provide his or her certification).
- All staff will be equipped and wearing PPE as required.
- It is you choice to talk with our consultants inside or outside your house.
- All samples will be sanitised before use.
- All surfaces touched by our consultants when measuring for your products can be wiped down with bacterial wipes if required.
INSTALLATION SAFETY PROCEDURES
- Venluree staff will contact you by phone or email prior to visiting your premises.
- We will need to ask you some questions to ascertain if it is safe for you and us to visit your premises.
- Venluree Staff have all been trained and certified to work safely in our customer’s home (ask your consultant to provide his or her certification).

- During installation it is your choice if you wish to remain in the house or outside while we install youtr products.
- All equipment and tools will be sanitised before use.
