Venluree 5 Year Warranty
With the exception of any express written warranty Venluree may provide and subject to any rights provided under the “Consumer Guarantees act of 1993”and to the greatest extent permitted by law no warranty or condition will be implied against Venluree by any statute, at common law or otherwise and no representation, condition, warranty or variation of these terms and conditions will bind Venluree unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Venluree.
All goods supplied are subject to usual trade tolerances over and under in respect of dimensions, appearance or other measures of quality and performance.
Notwithstanding the above, Venluree offers a 5 year warranty on both material and workmanship. Conditions apply. (does not include Exterior Products, Shutter, Honeycomb, Motorisation, Vedette Blinds, Curtains, Curtain Tracks and Roman blinds which have a limited warranty specified by our suppliers). Please ask your local consultant for a full copy of our 5 year warranty.
