Delivery Rates
All our blinds are custom-made to order. We will endeavour to ship items to you as quickly and safely as we can, normally within 10 working days, however some items may incur delays, particularly during peak periods.
When you place an order for blinds through our website we'll let you know when the order has been packed and shipped by email.
Our rates for delivery of Blinds are as follows:
- Local (within 150kms of our East Tamaki factory): $12 per blind plus $3 per extra blind
- Rest of North Island: $17 per blind plus $3 per extra blind
- All of South Island: $35 per blind plus $20 per extra blind
Rural delivery surcharge: $3.50
Pick-up
From our East Tamaki head office:
82 Kerwyn Ave, East Tamaki, Auckland (view map)
You can choose to pick your blinds up from our East Tamaki head office. This can be selected when you check out. There is no delivery fee if you select this option.
You will be notified by email when your blinds have been made and ready to pick up.
For your satisfaction we recommend you call our office before arrival to ensure the items are ready. Please quote your order number in this instance.
